Cancellation Policy
- A Security Deposit of $250.00 will be due immediately to secure the date. Only refundable on the account of cancellation by The Legacy Hub. - 50% of Full Payment will be due 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. Only 50% of the amount received will be refunded in the event of cancellation less than 7 days to the event. - Full Balance will be due latest 72 hours to the event date. - We encourage keeping to the event's scheduled time to cater to other clients or for other in-house activities. Overtime rates are available for $300 per hour - NO smoking of any form or pets are allowed within the premises. (This excludes service animals) - Damages of any kind to our properties or equipment will be fully paid for at the current market rates. -We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment or any violent behavior. Any individual who act as such towards any event hall staff, Patrons or guests will be asked to leave the premises. -Additional Parking is available. -Event vendors can access the hall for 2-3 hours before the event at no additional costs. (Kindly inform us ahead of time) - We require decorators/ Event planners to send in the floor plan 2 weeks before the events. - We do not permit guests to go beyond the room that was been paid for during their events. There will be no access to other rooms within the facility
